Alexis Conia, M365 Solutions ArchitectMicrosoft MVP since 2012
An agent: channels, a model, instructions, knowledge, and tools, with usage and cost tracking, inside a governance framework.
Expertise
AI agents, Microsoft 365 integration, and product strategy
Right now, AI agents are at the center of the Microsoft strategy and of current projects. They rely on a Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure foundation that I use every day.
Right now
AI agents
Design, development, and governance of agents on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Use case qualification and target architecture
Copilot Studio, declarative agents, M365 Agents SDK, Azure AI Foundry
Analytics: usage, answer quality, Azure and model costs
AI Factory operating model
Integration
Your solution in Microsoft 365, and Microsoft 365 in your applications
Integration in both directions, with Microsoft APIs and services.
Teams apps: tabs, bots, message extensions
Microsoft Graph and SharePoint in your applications
Audio, video, and video conferencing: Teams meetings, Azure Communication Services, WebRTC
Connection with your business systems and your CRM
Software vendors
Product and Microsoft strategy
Position your product in the Microsoft ecosystem and in its strategy.

Consulting
Consulting, coaching, and training
Information, advice, and training, from leadership to technical teams.
Coaching sessions for executives and product teams
Architecture and Azure cost reviews
Governance workshops
Technical training for IT and development teams
Who I work with
Software vendors, architects, and developers
In small and large companies, at software vendors and at end customers.
Software vendors
Integrate your product with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, align it with the Microsoft strategy, and support it up to its commercial launch.
Software vendor experience: the design and evolution of a Teams app that is sold on the market.
Architects
Choose the architecture for agents and Microsoft 365 integrations. Set up security, governance, and monitoring. Keep Azure costs under control.
Developers
Get started with Microsoft 365, Teams, Graph, Azure, and agents. Solve a technical problem, build a prototype, share best practices.
Approach
From idea to production
The principle of a factory: one process, from the business need to delivery, then governance and monitoring. From consulting to development, on a single step or on the whole chain, with AI at every step to move faster.
01
Define the idea
The need, the users, the expected value. When a simpler solution is enough, I say so.
02
Design
Architecture, technology choices, security. A prototype when feasibility needs to be checked.
03
Build
Development and integration of the solution, with AI to speed up code and tests.
04
Go to production
Deployment, ALM, governance. For a software vendor, up to the commercial launch.
05
Evolve
Monitoring, tracking of usage and Azure costs, updates, and following the Microsoft strategy.

About
Alexis Conia
M365 Solutions Architect, founder of Conexiiv
I started in IT with Exchange and OCS, then Lync, Skype, and Teams. Communication and collaboration tools have remained the common thread, especially audio and video. I moved step by step from infrastructure to development, and I co-founded three startups, including a Teams app that is still sold on the market.
Today, my work focuses on AI agents in the Microsoft ecosystem. The approach stays the same: try, learn, understand, then share. I spend part of my time testing new features and following news from the ecosystem, to recommend the solutions that fit best.
I work with software vendors, architects, and developers, in small and large companies, in France and internationally, alone or with partners. I am a member of the Microsoft community.
